Properties that participate in the MagicLinks Program may not include any of the following:
Adult, obscene or pornographic content
Online gambling
Sale of tobacco, alcohol, prescription drugs, weapons or ammunition
P2P file-sharing, torrent, or anything that facilitates or promotes copyright infringement
Violence or hate content
Promotion of anything illegal, including illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia or black-hat hacking
Defamatory or libelous content
Distribution of viruses, malware
Significant unmoderated user-generated content
Content that you do not have full legal rights to use on your Properties
Defamatory, libelous, slanderous, profane or unlawful content
Viruses, worms, corrupted files, cracks or other materials that may damage any third party property or misappropriate information
You, your employees and your representatives may not do any of the following:
Inflate interaction with offers/coupons, including by bots or other automated means and by human users
Incent users to interact with offers/coupons by offering them anything of value to do so
Charge users to access offers/coupons
Make any modifications to the click through urls provided to you. Links must be used as is and any modification is expressly forbidden.
You and your Properties must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not use the Program with any Property that is directed or targeted at children under age 13 or that are used by a substantial or disproportionately high ratio of children under age 13.
Driving traffic through MagicLinks to any of our retail partners by any deceptive practice other than voluntary clicks from users will result in the immediate termination of an account, forfeiture of funds, and additional legal action.
