How long have you been blogging? We have been blogging for almost 3 years & have really loved our journey so far!
What inspired you to start your blog? We were both doing DIY projects and decorating our first homes, and decided that it would be fun to share some of our pictures and projects online. We never thought it would turn into a side business for us both, but we’re so grateful to be on this blogging journey!
Any words of wisdom for someone considering starting a blog? A lot of people don’t realize the amount of work and time that goes into running a blog. We made a decision from that start that if we were going to give this blogging thing a try, we were going to work hard at it and create consistent quality content. Even though we put in a lot of hours, because we are so passionate about the blog it never feels like work. So we’d say make sure you’re doing it for the right reasons. That way all of the hard work and time is well worth your effort.

What is your favorite thing about MagicLinks? We love how EASY it is to use and really love the wide variety of affiliates it offers. From fashion to home decor, Magic Links has us covered!
What feature do you find the most useful in Magic Links? We love that you can easily create links and drop them right into your blog post. It’s very user-friendly for these two non-techy gals!
What advice would you give other Magic Links users to get the most out of the program? Link whenever possible!

If you could travel anywhere tomorrow where would you go? Great question! We enjoy exploring new places, especially when there is a gorgeous scenery to photograph. Because we can’t choose just one destination, we’d go with a trip through Europe eating, drinking, and photographing away!
Favorite Magic Links Retailer? We are both huge Target fans and love just about everything in their home decor aisles!
What is one of the best comments you have received on one of your videos? The best compliment is when someone recreates something we’ve featured on our blog. They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery…so we’re always so happy when someone takes our idea and incorporates it into their own home!
Where is your favorite place to shop? When it comes to home items, we shop all over to create a layered and collected look in our spaces. From antique shops. to flea markets, Target, and HomeGoods…we love shopping for a bargain just about anywhere!
What’s the best deal you’ve scored in the past month? Bridget found a $5 gold trunk at a garage sale and spruced it up to use as a coffee table in her office.
