How long have you been using MagicLinks? I have been using MagicLinks for about 6 months
What does authentic communication with your subscribers mean to you? I think being true to yourself and being yourself in general is the best part about blogging, vlogging and social media influencing! I love being authentic in who I am and I feel as though my readers and followers follow me because they sense I am always true to myself.
Have you ever struggled to stay authentic on a particular topic, or with a particular promotional or vlogging partner? No, not really at all. I always have stayed true to myself and would not promote something I am not comfortable with, would not personally use or that isn’t related to my brand.
How and why did you decide to start your channel? Ha! First I became a crazy couponer. Yes, Yes, one of “those” people. I love couponing and saving money and soon became very passionate about helping others do the same. I started my instagram account to help people from all over save as much as they possibly can from items we use daily in our households to Holiday gifts, donation items and more! After having the instagram account for a couple of years I then started blogging and I absolutely love it!
What is the most difficult challenge you’ve faced as you’ve grown your audience? Honestly? The most difficult thing is the negativity on the internet. No matter what audience you have there is always going to be people who have something negative to say and it can be exhausting sometimes. I want a peaceful money saving environment where I can help everyone!
What inspires you? My brand inspires me! I am so passionate about waking up every morning knowing that I am helping people. I have gotten so many heartwarming emails from my readers telling me how I have changed their lives by helping them save money and buy things they have never been able to before. This to me is success.
What are your favorite topics to vlog about? I blog about saving money! I post in store deals anyone can do with coupons and tons of online deals! also like to throw in foodie posts and recipes here and there when time permits.
What causes do you care most about, and how are you involved in them? I am very involved in my local community. A lot of family, friends, etc reach out to me to donate items for different events and I am always a proud sponsor of anything or anyone who needs help! I especially love to help out our Temple with any events they have going on.
Do you have any pets? We love pets at MagicLinks! YES! Enzo the 14 year old chihuahua! He is very well known across my instragram page and my readers love him! He is my baby and I have owned him since he was just 6 weeks old.
What is your favorite MagicLinks feature? It is so user friendly! You can pretty much pull any link in under a minute (no joke)!
What is one of the best comments you’ve ever received on one of your videos? Last year I got a direct message on instagram from a reader of mine who lost a bunch of weight (I believe around 100lbs, amazing). I had been posting a lot of Victoria’s Secret deals that week because of the Secret Rewards program. She told me how much of a blessing I was for finding all of these great deals and how happy she was to finally be able to shop at Victoria’s Secret! She ended up getting a $500 Secret Reward card, I was so excited for her! It was one of the sweetest messages I had ever received and messages like this drive me to keep doing what I am doing. BTW, I still have that message, it meant a lot to me! 😀
What is your favorite place to shop? Nordstrom Rack for sure! It is honestly the best place to shop for clothes and shoes without breaking the bank!
Is there anything you’d like to share with others in the community about your experience with MagicLinks? Overall I’ve had a great experience with MagicLinks. Everyone has been very professional and friendly in which I greatly appreciate and the design is so user friendly. When I first started blogging it was HARD and MagicLinks search option and quick deep linking made my life a lot easier!
