How long have you been using MagicLinks? I’ve been using magic links for a little over a year now.
What does authentic communication with your subscribers mean to you? Authentic communication with my subscribers to me means being as honest and as real and transparent as i can be. Just me being myself and sharing who I am and what i am passionate about is what being authentic means to me.
Have you ever struggled to stay authentic on a particular topic, or with a particular promotional or vlogging partner? I think that everyone at some point struggles to be authentic because trends are constantly changing so its hard not to fall in a trap of wanting to do or be the same as everyone else is but i think what helps me stay true to who i am is just being true to myself and only doing what makes me happy not because it is a trend.
How and why did you decide to start your channel? I decided to start my channel because I became obsessed with watching youtube videos and since i was a little girl i always loved being in front of a camera. Not only that but i also had a lot of anxiety and continue to have it every now and than but youtube became that outlet that helps that anxiety go away and i just became passionate about it.
What is the most difficult challenge you’ve faced as you’ve grown your audience? A difficulty I’ve faced is every now and then you get a bad comment as you get more attention but i try not to take it personal because some bad comments are constructive criticisms and i appreciate people’s honesty and you have to expect it when your putting yourself out there like making YouTube videos.
What inspires you? I get my inspiration by the smallest things like if i go to the store and find something that excites me i get so many creative ideas that makes me want to share it with others. I also love pinterest and a lot of my inspiration comes from there as well. I get so excited seeing other girls show their passions and it makes me feel like well i can do that to and i love being able to share my passions.
What are your favorite topics to vlog about? I love vlogging about my lifestyle just about my life. I love being very social and making friends and my audience are very much my friends so i love giving them that opportunity to let them get to know me on a more personal level.
What causes do you care most about, and how are you involved in them? i love causes that have to do with ocean protection or wild life protection. My part in participating in these causes is by donating to help these causes. I would love one day to become more hands on with a cause like these.
Do you have any pets? We love pets at MagicLinks! I do!! I have a dog who’s a Shiba Inu which is a Japanese breed. His name is Marley and he is the most loving dog ever and he is such a character. Everytime i go for a walk with him he gets so much attention and he loves it.
What is your favorite MagicLinks feature? I love the new Magiclink App! Hands down the most user friendly app thats probable on my phone. I remember when i first started with Magiclinks one of the first thoughts i had is why don’t they have an app!
What is one of the best comments you’ve ever received on one of your videos? I went through a life changing event in the last year and i was off of social media for a bit until i was ready to return. So i uploaded a life update video and i got an overwhelming amount of comments from friends on youtube that were so geniuinely happy that i was uploading videos and that made me so happy to see that I’m making some type of affect on people that they are happy that i returned.
What is your favorite place to shop? I love shopping at forever 21, Calvin Klein, Sephora, Ulta, Steve Madden, Nordstrom, Victoria Secret and a million other places. I do most of my shopping online because its so convenient.
Is there anything you’d like to share with others in the community about your experience with MagicLinks? I would like everyone to know that if you haven’t tried magiclinks you need too!! its so easy to use and they are connected with so many stores that we already shop at and making links only takes a few minutes. I would definitely recommend this to others in the community.
