How long have you been vlogging? It will be my 3 year vlogging anniversary this April!
What inspired you to start your vlog? My friend Chelsi who has a channel (http://youtube.com/c/chelsimadonna) actually inspired me to start vlogging. She knew I had a blog and I was interested in starting YouTube, but I was quite shy – so she tagged me to do a spring inspired tag and I kept vlogging ever since.
Any words of wisdom for someone considering starting a vlog? I would say to definitely do a few practice videos to become comfortable in front of the camera. It can feel pretty strange sitting in a room talking to the camera by yourself but I think practice videos can help overcome that.
How long have you been using Magic Links? I started using Magic Links in October 2015.
What is your favorite thing about MagicLinks? My favorite thing about Magic Links is being able to generate revenue from my videos. Since I am a small channel, I’m not able to make much from adsense but with Magic Links I am able too.
What feature do you find the most useful in Magic Links? I love the Link Wizard. It makes filling in my description bar for my videos so simple because I’m able to type in the names of up to 10 products, and the Link Wizard generates the links with the click of a button.
What advice would you give other Magic Links users to get the most out of the program? I would say to look at products that are trending at the moment and talk about them and link to them in the description bar of your videos.
Have any pets? We love pets here at MagicLinks! I do! A nine year old orange cat named Simba with the personality of a lion. I adopted him in August 2015 but he actually used to visit my apartment every evening for 5 years before we adopted him. In April 2015 he didn’t come over for the whole month, so I got worried and started knocking on doors to find his owners. It turned out they were moving to Australia and said I could have him if I wanted! Fairy tale endings do come true!
Favorite quote or mantra that you live by? “Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about.”
If you could travel anywhere tomorrow where would you go? New York! I’ve always wanted to ice skate at the Rockefeller Centre and see Central Park.

What is one of the best comments you have received on one of your videos? I had a subscriber tell me that I inspired them to start making videos. That was pretty magical!
Where is your favorite place to shop? Sephora, Garage and American Eagle.
What’s the best deal you’ve scored in the past month? Sephora had an extra 20% their sale section this month so I managed to grab some Tarte brushes at great prices!
